AI for Orgs is an independent editorial publication by Gravi AI. We take your data seriously and keep our practices simple.

What we collect

When you subscribe to the C-Suite Brief or complete the AI Execution Benchmark, we collect your work email address and your survey responses. We may also collect your name and role if you provide them.

How we use it

We use your email only for the purpose you provided it: newsletter subscribers receive the C-Suite Brief; benchmark completers receive their results and a personalized follow-up based on their score and execution persona. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Advertising

Advertisers on AI for Orgs do not receive subscriber data or survey responses. Advertising placements are negotiated separately and do not involve any data transfer.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. To be removed from any list or request deletion of your data, email hello@gravi.ai — we process requests within 30 days.

Data storage

Subscriber and benchmark data is stored in Google Workspace, accessible only to the Gravi AI team. We retain your data for up to 24 months from your most recent interaction. After that period, it is deleted.

The following platforms process your data on our behalf:

• Beehiiv — newsletter delivery

• Instantly.ai — benchmark follow-up email

• Google Workspace — data storage

None of these platforms receive your data for their own marketing purposes.
